1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions govern the supply of all goods and services provided by Best Signs UK (a trading name of My123Group Ltd).
By placing an order with us, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions.
These terms apply to all customers, including orders placed:
• Through our website
• By email
• By telephone
• In person at our office or premises
• Verbally with our staff

Customers placing verbal or walk-in orders are deemed to have read and accepted these Terms and Conditions as if they had signed a written agreement.
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. The most recent version will always apply to new orders.

2. Company Information

Throughout these terms the words “Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us” refer to Best Signs UK / My123Group Ltd.

3. Orders and Contract Formation
All orders placed with the Company constitute an offer to purchase goods or services.
Orders are only considered accepted when:
• Payment has been authorised or received, and
• The Company confirms acceptance of the order.

An order confirmation or invoice does not necessarily mean production has started.
Customers must wait for production confirmation from the Company before assuming work has begun.
The Company reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order where:
• Materials are unavailable
• Artwork is unsuitable
• Pricing errors occur
• Fraud or misuse is suspected

4. Quotations
All quotations are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise.
The Company reserves the right to amend quotations due to:
• Changes in supplier pricing
• Material cost increases
• Labour or production cost changes

5. Pricing
Prices displayed on our website or quotations may exclude:
• VAT (where applicable)
• Delivery charges
• Installation costs
• Artwork or design services
• Prices may change without prior notice.

6. Payment Terms
Unless otherwise agreed in writing:
Full payment must be made before production begins.
If a deposit has been agreed:
• The remaining balance must be paid before dispatch, delivery, or installation.
The Company reserves the right to delay or withhold production, delivery, or installation until payment is received in full.

7. Retention of Ownership
All goods supplied remain the property of Best Signs UK / My123Group Ltd until the invoice has been paid in full.
Until payment is received:
• Ownership of the goods remains with the Company
• Customers may not sell, transfer, or alter the goods
Where signage or printed products have been installed at a customer’s premises, the Company reserves the right to:
• Enter the premises
• Remove the installed signage or materials
if payment is not made within the agreed timeframe.

8. Non-Payment and Debt Recovery
If payment is not received within the agreed payment period, the Company reserves the right to:
• Remove installed signage or printed materials
• Dispose of removed goods if required
• Charge the Customer for:
• Removal costs
• Transport charges
• Disposal costs
• Administrative fees
• Late payment charges may also apply.
Where necessary, the Company may:
• Refer the debt to debt collection agencies
• Begin legal recovery proceedings
All collection costs, legal fees, and administrative charges will be added to the outstanding balance.

9. Artwork and Customer Files
Customers are responsible for supplying correct and print-ready artwork.
The Company is not responsible for issues arising from customer-supplied files including:
• Low resolution images
• Blurry or pixelated graphics
• Incorrect sizing
• Incorrect colour formats
• Spelling or grammar mistakes
If artwork is supplied in low resolution, the Company cannot guarantee high quality print results.

10. Design Proofing and Approval
Where design services are provided, a design proof will be supplied for approval.
Customers must carefully check:
• Spelling
• Colours
• Layout
• Sizes
• Images
• Contact details
Once approved, the proof is considered final and authorised for production.
Changes requested after approval may result in additional charges and delays.

11. Materials and Stock Availability
While every effort is made to maintain stock availability, some materials may occasionally be unavailable.
Where this occurs, the Company may offer an alternative material or finish.
Example:
If gloss laminated stickers are unavailable, matt laminate may be offered as an alternative.
Production will only proceed once the Customer confirms acceptance of the alternative.

12. Same-Day Orders
For same-day collection, orders must be placed before 11:00 AM.
Even if the website shows a same-day option, same-day completion cannot be guaranteed.
Customers should confirm availability via:
• Telephone
• Email
• Visiting our premises

13. Delivery and Dispatch
Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Delays may occur due to:
• Courier delays
• Production issues
• Supply chain disruptions
• High order volumes
• External circumstances beyond our control
Tracking details will be provided once orders are dispatched where available.

14. Installation and Site Access
Where installation services are provided, customers must ensure:
• Safe access to the installation site
• Adequate working space for staff and equipment
• The area is clear of hazards
The Company reserves the right to refuse installation if conditions are unsafe.

15. Planning Permission
The Customer is responsible for ensuring that any signage installed complies with:
• Local authority regulations
• Planning permission requirements
• Landlord or property owner permissions
The Company accepts no responsibility for planning approval unless agreed in writing.

16. Custom Printed Products
Most products are custom manufactured or printed to order.
Therefore:
Custom printed items are non-refundable and non-returnable once production has started.
Refunds will not be issued due to:
• Change of mind
• Incorrect artwork supplied by the customer
• Incorrect sizes ordered

17. Faulty Products
If a product is defective due to an error on the part of the Company, we may offer:
• Repair
• Replacement
• Reprint
Issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery or collection.
Photographic evidence may be requested.

18. Product Variations
Minor variations may occur in:
• Colour
• Size
• Materials
These variations are normal in the printing and signage industry and do not constitute defects.

19. Warranty
Some products may include a limited warranty against manufacturing defects.
The warranty does not cover damage caused by:
• Improper installation
• Vandalism
• Weather conditions
• Misuse or negligence
Liability is limited to the value of the goods supplied.

20. Intellectual Property
All designs created by the Company remain the intellectual property of Best Signs UK / My123Group Ltd until full payment has been received.
Customers may not reproduce or use these designs elsewhere without written permission.
Customers submitting artwork confirm they hold the legal rights to use that content.

21. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for:
• Loss of profits
• Loss of business
• Indirect or consequential damages
• Delays caused by third parties
Our maximum liability shall not exceed the value of the order placed.

22. Force Majeure
The Company shall not be liable for delays or failure to perform obligations due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to:
• Natural disasters
• Floods or fires
• War or civil unrest
• Government restrictions or lockdowns
• Pandemics
• Machinery breakdown
• Power outages
• Supply chain disruptions
• Serious illness or death affecting staff
During such events production may be delayed or suspended.

23. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
