    • "Goods" refers to any signage products provided by the Company.
    • "Services" refers to design, manufacturing, installation, and other services offered by the Company.
    1. General
All orders are subject to acceptance by the Company, and these Terms & Conditions form the basis of the contract between the Company and the Customer. By placing an order, the Customer agrees to these Terms & Conditions.
    2. Payment Terms
Full payment is required prior to the commencement of any work. In cases where a deposit is agreed upon, the remaining balance must be settled before delivery or installation. The Company reserves the right to withhold Goods and Services until payment is made in full.
    3. Retention of Ownership
Ownership of all Goods remains with the Company until full payment is received. Until then, the Customer has no right to sell or transfer the Goods.
    4. Quotation and Pricing
Prices provided in quotations are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. The Company reserves the right to amend prices to account for material or labour cost fluctuations.
    5. Delivery and Installation
Delivery and installation dates are estimates and depend on order confirmation, weather conditions, and site accessibility. The Company is not liable for delays beyond its control. The Customer must ensure safe, clear, and unobstructed access to the site for the Company’s staff and equipment.
    6. Proofing and Approval
The Customer is responsible for approving design proofs, which may include layout, colours, and text. It is the Customer’s responsibility to verify that all details, such as spelling, images, and layouts, are correct. Approval of a proof is deemed as acceptance of the design. Any changes made after approval may incur additional charges.
    7. Design Approval
The Customer will be provided with a design proof for approval. It is the Customer’s responsibility to carefully review all details (e.g., spelling, colours, sizes). By approving the proof, the Customer accepts responsibility for the design specifications. Any changes after approval may incur additional charges.
    8. Warranty and Liability
The Company provides a 12-month warranty on Goods for manufacturing defects. This warranty excludes damage due to improper installation (if self-installed), vandalism, adverse weather, or other external factors. Liability is limited to the cost of the Goods or Services supplied.
    9. Quality and Liability
The Company strives to provide the highest quality in Goods and Services. However, minor variations in colour, size, or material may occur due to limitations in printing processes. The Company is not liable for such variations.
    10. Cancellations and Refunds
Orders may be cancelled by the Customer prior to production. However, any design or preparatory costs incurred will be charged. Custom orders are non-refundable once production has begun.
    11. Health and Safety
The Customer must ensure that the premises meet health and safety standards, and that the area is safe for installation. The Company reserves the right to decline installation if it deems conditions unsafe.
    12. Intellectual Property
All designs created by the Company remain the intellectual property of the Company until full payment is received. The Customer is not permitted to reproduce or share the designs without express written consent from the Company.
    13. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
    14. Amendments
The Company reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions without prior notice. The latest version will be available upon request.
